1、作为抖音AI创变者计划团队核心成员，参与2026年全国AI黑客松联赛的整体运营；包括支持赛制设计、整体活动策划、线上运营策划、执行组织团队协调等； 2、承担AI相关事项的PMO职责，参与团队内部项目管理，支持内外部AI相关联赛及活动的全流程高效落地；主导项目计划和排期、跟进各赛区社长与组织方的落地情况、协助活动现场与线上活动执行、进行跨团队沟通（产品/研发/设计/运营）； 3、对AI及其应用、行业和生态趋势等有较强认知和高度热情；具备强执行力和负责人意识，能支持多线程项目。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、每周能保证实习5天，实习时间不少于5个月； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力、系统性思维，对待社群运营有热情，主动思考，具备负责人心态； 4、有以下经验优先：有AI黑客松、技术比赛或活动参与或组织经历；具备AI相关应用开发经验更佳。
