日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：CQC（中国内容质量与数据服务平台）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音、西瓜视频等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验，支持各产品的运营和增长，以及为产品线提供AI算法算力的基础支持服务。

1、负责Workflow、AI Agent搭建以及AI提效工具落地等工作，协助解决采集业务场景中的流程痛点，提升项目执行效率； 2、协助数据采集项目的交付全流程管理，参与线上/线下采集场景下的交付策略优化、资源模式探索与业务AI提效工作； 3、理解模型数据需求，参与自动化数据交付方案的落地与验证，提升资源利用率； 4、跟进AI领域相关技术动态，协助调研、引入适配项目需求的工具与方法，并沉淀项目过程中的案例与经验。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、能保证3个月及以上实习，每周出勤不少于4天；对AI技术与业务落地有热情，有大模型/AI应用相关学习或实践经验，熟悉主流大模型工具/框架（如LangChain、Dify等），会使用Python/Go其中一种代码语言的； 3、有项目交付、资源协调或运营类实习经验优先； 4、沟通协调能力良好，责任心强，具备较强的问题拆解、主动学习和独立解决问题的能力，执行力和自驱力突出。
