1、负责飞书相关业务的质量保障，确保业务测试高效有序开展；包括参与需求分析、设计评审，制定测试计划，组织测试过程，设计和执行测试用例，进行缺陷跟踪、质量分析和可测性优化等； 2、与团队成员协作完成项目测试，包括分配测试资源，构建测试环境，执行集成测试、回归测试、编写和优化自动化测试用例等； 3、不断提升测试的业务服务质量，并通过AI对测试流程、方法和技术创新，推进质量体系建设迭代，努力提升研发质量和效率。

1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、至少掌握一门编程语言，包括C/C++/Java/OC/Golang/Python； 3、熟悉Android/iOS/Windows/Mac/Web/Linux中至少一个平台的基础特性，并在该平台上有扎实的测试经验积累，熟悉相关的测试工具和框架； 4、了解常用客户端、服务端开发/测试工具，如自动化框架、压测工具、大数据处理工具优先； 5、对AI行业对质量保障或研发范式的变化有一定的思考和实践； 6、良好的沟通协作能力，能和团队一起探索新技术，推进技术进步。
