1、深入理解AI创作服务与星光货币的融合逻辑，设计发放策略、使用/购买体验、可扩展的产品架构，统一收口各业务对AI创作服务的调用，确保平台化接入与预算管控； 2、负责星光钱包、充值、明细等核心组件的体验设计，优化提示与自助解决路径，降低用户反馈量，确保星光获取、消耗、管理流程清晰透明； 3、与AI服务平台、财务、资源等团队协同，完成预算申请、算力资源对接等流程SOP的产品化支持；对资源发放效率、消耗ROI、用户动销率等关键数据指标负责，通过数据分析驱动策略迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上用户产品经验，有货币体系、支付或增长策略设计经验者优先； 2、具备从数据中发现问题、制定策略的能力，能够基于用户行为数据优化定价与增长策略，提升ROI； 3、具有独立思考和推进复杂项目的意识，能有效协调技术、设计、运营、财务等多团队资源，确保产品落地与业务目标达成。
