1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上运营工作经验，有活动运营相关经历，对游戏行业有深度理解，熟悉游戏发行逻辑； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力和良好的逻辑思维，拥有可持续且通用化的视角，能够通过数据分析优化运营动作； 3、善于沟通，具备突出的跨团队沟通和多方协作能力，擅长策划，富有创造力，能够整合平台内外资源形成活动全案； 4、具备较强的用户洞察力，能够深入理解用户行为及其背后的动机，熟悉抖音的内容分发逻辑与用户认知。
