1、统筹集团所有APP的技术体系经营分析工作，包含产出经营分析报告、发现可优化的方向、推进业务优化等； 2、负责技术团队的经营管理和预算管理，包括但不限于技术成本、人力成本、项目成本等； 3、负责业务部门的目标执行过程追踪、分析、评估等相关工作，洞察经营和管理中的亮点与不足，并定期反馈至公司决策层； 4、负责日常经营分析工作，包括经营报表的出具、关键指标推进进度检视，协助业务部门完成日常经营过程管理。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/数学/统计学等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的专业技能，包括但不限于数据分析、报告撰写等； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和数据思维能力，对数据和业务有敏感性，有较好的数据处理能力，善于从复杂现象中总结规律； 4、熟练使用SQL查询和提取数据，掌握BI工具的使用（如Tableau/PowerBI等），具备Python建模和数据处理经验者优先。
