日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化广告度量信号与隐私保护团队致力于构建覆盖广告系统全链路的安全治理基础设施与流程体系，在确保平台海量多元信号数据持续符合全球各地区监管要求的同时，积极探索前沿隐私增强技术的落地应用。团队将肩负双重使命：既要守护用户数据安全，又要维护TikTok自由创新的社区生态。作为核心成员，您将主导数据隐私保护与安全体系建设，并通过跨职能项目推动流程持续优化。

1、负责对国际化短视频客户跨资源、全指标的一站式复盘度量洞察工具，科学评估客户营销推广活动所产生品牌认知，种草&转化价值，同时通过封装并串联各模块的诊断分析能力，提供从投后复盘、投前洞察到再次投放的分析闭环； 2、通过数据分析，用户调研，需求收集等方式，发现产品潜在迭代需求和优化点； 3、跟进需求产品设计，开发与上线全流程，并协调推动协作方高质量交付产品。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、可保证连续实习6个月，每周保证5天工作时间优先； 3、有商业化广告经验、B端产品建设经验、优秀数据分析能力优先考虑； 4、具备良好团队合作精神与沟通能力，逻辑清晰并且注重细节，高度工作责任； 5、良好抗压能力和自我驱动力，按时保质完成结果交付。
