1、全模态内容理解与生成：探索理解与生成的统一训练范式升级，提升AI基座模型在生活服务业务的效果；并通过高性能推理优化，加速海量内容和服务的理解和生成； 2、推荐技术：基于超大规模机器学习技术，构建业界领先的推荐系统，包括但不限于推荐大模型、生成式推荐、多模态建模、超长序列建模、多场景联合建模等； 3、Agent方向：研究如何将交易与广告中复杂的业务场景转化成高质量数据集，并通过AI大模型和Agent能力的优化，改善平台和商家的经营效率； 4、因果推断和运筹优化方向：通过因果推断建模探索升级，优化在复杂环境中干预效果的推断能力；并通过运筹优化能力的探索升级，能够在复杂出价环境上规划长周期出价分布，最终协助业务提升补贴效率；

1、支持快速增长的抖音生活服务业务的算法支持工作；职责范围包括提高决策信息覆盖，提升转化效率，改善用户体验，探索更高效的商业模式，提升内容理解程度等； 2、利用海量数据搭建业内领先的机器学习算法和架构建模用户反馈，提升用户体验； 3、应用先进的机器学习技术，解决各种内容理解相关性，在线/离线，大数据量/小数据量，长期/短期信号等不同场景中遇到的各种挑战； 4、对用户、作者、商家的行为做深入的理解和分析，制定针对的算法策略促进生态良性发展。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情； 4、对技术有热情，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神； 5、熟悉机器学习、计算机视觉、自然语言处理、数据挖掘中一项或多项。
