1、垂类场景策略：围绕豆包内电商或生活服务某一垂类（如餐饮、酒旅、3C数码等），从用户真实需求场景出发，搭建场景化运营策略，提升该垂类在豆包内的用户渗透、使用频次与成交转化； 2、体验协同优化：深入理解垂类用户需求与供给侧特征，协同产品、算法、大模型团队，持续优化意图识别、推荐策略、对话链路与履约体验，提升场景用户满意度与NPS； 3、增长与营销：结合豆包产品特性，设计增长渗透方案与营销活动（如场景化引导、权益激励、内容种草、节日大促等），驱动新用户激活与老用户复购，达成GMV与成交订单目标； 4、数据驱动迭代：建立场景指标体系（渗透、转化、客单、复购、满意度等），通过数据分析与AB实验定位问题，驱动运营动作和产品算法迭代； 5、供给与生态联动：联动供给侧，推动优质供给接入与运营，保障场景内商品/服务的丰富度、价格力与履约稳定性。

1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网运营经验，具备电商、或本地生活、或AI产品运营背景者优先； 2、垂类场景理解力（满足其一即可）：1）深耕过电商或生活服务某一垂类，对该垂类的用户决策路径、需求痛点、供给结构、行业玩法有系统认知；2）或对AI大模型产品有深入理解，熟悉大模型在意图理解、生成式推荐、对话式交易等方向的应用逻辑与局限； 3、跨团队协同能力：能独立推动产品、算法、大模型、供给等多方协作，把用户场景诉求转化为可落地的产品/算法优化方案； 4、数据与营销：擅长用数据拆解增长漏斗，能设计并落地营销活动； 5、结果导向：对GMV、成交、用户满意度等结果负责，能在快速变化的AI产品环境中敏捷迭代、自驱推进。

加分项 1、有AI Agent、对话式电商、智能导购类产品运营经验； 2、有电商/本地生活平台垂类运营或商家运营经验； 3、熟悉大模型基础原理和工具； 4、有从0到1搭建新场景、新品类运营体系的经验。
