1、负责火山引擎经营分析方向的平台业务CRM平台日常测试工作； 2、根据需求、研发技术方案和交付要求编写测试脚本，搭建自动化测试环境，执行测试及问题跟踪； 3、根据项目制定测试用例并实施，持续追踪并分析线上线下Bug，高质量保证业务需求和提升测试效率； 4、识别业务质量保障工作痛点，探索解决方案，落地方案。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年及以上互联网产品测试开发工作经验； 2、熟练掌握各种软件测试方法，包括但不限于功能测试、Web服务端测试、性能测试、安全性测试等； 2、熟悉常见网络工程技术架构、Linux操作系统、MySQL数据库、共享缓存与消息中间件等； 4、熟悉至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于Python、Go、JS 、Java等； 5、善于发现、分析和总结问题，责任心强； 6、对Salesforce领域开发平台有测试经验、熟悉CRM系统业务是加分项。
