1、参与电商治理体验数据体系建设，设计指标体系，形成数据模型、数据工具，为电商业务发展提供数据支撑和牵引； 2、面向业务问题判断，通过数据收集、实验设计、量化分析等方式，为业务管理层提供决策支持； 3、结合数据科学量化方法，对电商业务的理解及数据需求，形成数据分析洞察，驱动业务策略的优化； 4、熟悉AI，可以针对AI产品进行数据分析和洞察，推动AI产品的迭代优化； 5、结合大模型能力，设计与建设数据智能应用，将高价值的数据分析方法沉淀为Agent和Skills，在更多场景中复用，推动业务效率提升。

1、3年及以上全球数据科学经验，统计学、应用数学、计算机、经济学等相关专业优先，有电商背景优先； 2、工具掌握：精通SQL进行复杂查询和数据提取，熟练使用Python或R语言进行数据整理、分析和建模； 3、理论基础：掌握常用统计方法、实验设计（A/B Test）及量化分析逻辑，能独立完成数据清洗、归因、分析和策略优化； 4、机器学习与统计建模：掌握回归分析、聚类、时间序列预测等经典统计方法，熟悉常见的机器学习算法及其应用场景； 5、熟悉AI，有实操Agent和Skills经验加分； 6、AI与大模型应用：了解大模型算法原理和Agent架构知识，能熟练应用AI工具提升日常分析效率；有实际动手搭建Agent和编写Skills经验者优先。
