1、参与生活服务商家增长业务的策略运营，协助推动增长规模和增长效率目标的达成； 2、参与制定商家经营全链路（从新商家入驻、上品、动销到提GMV）和广告增收的经营策略，协助运用多种系统工具能力推进策略落地，牵引商家完成经营目标； 3、通过产品化、智能化的方式参与优化整体工作流程，协助推进CRM工作台和AI工具的能力建设，提高人员作业能力与效率； 4、参与对接商家增长的规模化团队，协助供应商对接和一线作业管控，通过目标制定、考核方案迭代、工具赋能、资源调整等方式，支撑供应商团队完成增长规模和效率双优的目标，逐步提升体系化作战能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、能提前到岗实习，有商家增长、策略运营或规模化团队相关实习经验优先； 3、具备敏锐的问题洞察能力及良好的策略思维，有产品视角和用户思维，能够通过产品优化解决问题，通过数据分析识别关键问题并输出策略且落地执行闭环；具备较强的沟通协同能力和结果导向意识，善于在复杂业务场景中找到重点并推动落地，有良好的自我学习能力； 4、对AI大模型有较高的热情和好奇心，有AI应用相关学习或实践经验优先。
