1、负责抖音系产品的体验策略，完成相关优化工作和能力建设的推进执行； 2、分析体验痛点，分析和挖掘技术优化方案，为改进策略提供依据； 3、协同架构师、数据分析师、工程师和QA，完成不同优化项目的效果验证和持续优化，结合产品需求制定策略和效果评估； 4、把控研发进度，能分解问题并协调多部门资源快速推进，对完整研发周期负责； 5、推动创新性AI方法在用户体验领域落地应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关、经济学、心理学专业优先； 2、沟通能力、表达能力好，能够适应不同类型的沟通对象，顺利推进项目； 3、逻辑条理性佳，创新思维能力较好，数据分析能力较强； 4、能够较好理解业务需求，善于总结归纳，自驱力强； 5、具备良好的文档写作能力，团队意识强，执行能力强。
