1、现场施工管理：负责土建现场日常施工管理，合理安排施工顺序、人员调配及资源使用，跟踪施工进度，及时处理现场突发问题，保障施工计划落地； 2、技术与质量管理：落实土建施工方案和技术标准，组织技术交底、现场巡查、质量检查及隐蔽工程验收，推动质量问题整改，确保施工质量符合要求； 3、安全与文明施工管理：落实安全生产责任制，开展安全培训与隐患排查，重点管控高空作业、临时用电等风险，规范现场文明施工，防范安全事故； 4、分包与资源协调：管理土建相关单位，监督履约及施工衔接；验收进场设备材料，调配现场人力、水电等资源，优化资源配置； 5、沟通协调与资料配合：协调相关方，定期向项目经理汇报进度、质量、安全及问题处理情况；整理现场施工资料，配合验收与结算工作。

1、建筑工程、土木工程、工民建等相关专业本科及以上学历，熟悉商办项目或数据中心土建施工规范、施工工艺及设备调试技术； 2、5年以上土建现场施工管理经验，其中至少2年以上商办项目或数据中心现场管理经验，参与过1个以上商办项目或数据中心的现场土建施工管理； 3、具备较强的现场技术管控、质量安全管理、分包管理及问题解决能力，持有一级建造师（建筑工程）、施工员证、安全员证等优先； 4、能熟练运用施工管理工具，具备良好的沟通协调能力，能快速处理现场突发情况； 5、能长期驻场办公，责任心强、吃苦耐劳，具备良好的职业操守，注重细节。
