ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、面向国际化广告业务，参与组织与人才相关方案的研究及设计，包括人员编制规划、岗位梳理、序列职级梳理、能力模型搭建及人才发展等，并协助沉淀项目方案、报告与工具材料； 2、参与组织效能与人力资源咨询项目，通过内部访谈、行业对标及资料研究等方式，协助开展组织诊断与问题识别； 3、支持人力资源数据的整理与分析，挖掘数据洞察，为组织诊断、方案设计及项目决策提供支持；积极探索和应用AI工具，提升信息研究、数据处理、内容产出及日常协作效率； 4、协助项目经理推进项目落地，跟进项目计划、关键节点及实施效果，参与项目复盘与方案优化，保障项目有序交付； 5、支持团队日常运营，包括会议组织、文档整理、中英文沟通及宣传物料制作等。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、具备跨文化的敏感度和包容度，英语可作为工作语言； 3、具备数据处理与分析能力，能运用相关工具进行数据提取与统计分析；熟悉AI工具，能借助AI提升工作效率者优先； 4、沟通表达及逻辑思维良好，具备创意思维，拥有快速搜集资料、挖掘有效信息的能力； 5、能保证3个月及以上实习时间，每周能保证工作5天者优先。
