ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动数据中心与供应链部门，负责字节跳动从芯片到服务器全栈算力基础设施的研发、调度与供给、管理与应用（如数据中心建设、内核操作系统、网络CDN、高性能服务器、编译工具链等），支撑字节跳动全系业务运行的核心力量，为抖音、今日头条、飞书、火山引擎等各类产品提供全面、领先、稳定的百万量级大规模算力基础设施服务。

1、参与数据中心电气研发创新等工作，跨专业协同其他团队，定时内完成目标； 2、参与数据中心关键设备的全生命周期管理工作，并具体负责部分内容节点； 3、参与数据中心能源规划，碳中和和新能源技术研发等工作，并有实际产出； 4、支持研发团队研发流程的优化，执行和整理工作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，电气、新能源和碳中和等相关专业优先； 2、对数据中心行业有初步的了解，愿意投身数据中心规划、设计、研发等工作并继续发展，面对新事物有着比较强烈的好奇心； 3、做事认真细致，面对新问题有自己的解题思路； 4、具备良好团队协调及沟通能力，英语可作为工作语言。
