1、负责生活服务营销核心链路的端到端研发工作，覆盖前端交互、后端服务、部署与线上运维，参与需求评审、方案设计、编码实现、测试与灰度上线全流程； 2、主动引入和迭代AI工具能力，在编码、调试、评审、文档、测试等环节做工程化落地，持续提升端到端交付效率； 3、与产品、设计、测试等角色紧密协同，将技术方案转化为业务价值，推动技术与产品创新； 4、深入理解各子部门业务的领域模型，抽象通用能力并沉淀为可复用的服务与组件，支撑业务快速迭代； 5、持续优化系统性能、稳定性、扩展性和可观测性，参与关键链路的架构演进与技术选型。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、具备扎实的数据结构与算法、网络、数据库等计算机基础；熟悉Go/Java/Python/PHP/NodeJ中至少一门后端语言，或熟练掌握JavaScript/TypeScript与主流前端框架（React/Vue等）之一；对另一端具备基础理解与迁移学习能力； 3、能主动使用AI工具辅助学习、编码、调试与文档生成，能识别AI输出中的错误并做校验修正，理解大模型能力与局限； 4、具备端到端的问题拆解能力，能从需求出发设计用户路径、接口契约、前后端架构、可维护代码交付以及线上运维； 5、具备良好的沟通表达、学习迁移与复盘能力，对技术有持续追求。

加分项 1、有生活服务、广告等相关业务的项目或实习经验优先； 2、有基于LLM/Agent等实践经验优先，能讲清设计取舍、评测方式与工程边界； 3、有大型开源项目贡献、专利、技术博客、竞赛获奖或专业前10%等技术沉淀； 4、有较复杂项目设计或重构经验优先，如领域模型设计、组件化设计、渲染性能或包体积优化等专项能力。
