团队介绍：AI芯片团队深耕人工智能芯片研发领域，产品覆盖云端与终端场景，致力于提供高效率、低成本的AI芯片及 SoC 解决方案，满足公司内外AI及相关业务的算力需求。团队自主设计了多款AI芯片，涵盖推理、训练场景，具有高性能、高精度、高灵活性、编译器友好、低成本等特点。核心AI加速核与AI软件栈均为自主研发，具备完整知识产权，能够支撑面向不同模型、不同部署场景的持续演进与优化。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与AI加速芯片软件仿真建模，包括芯片模块的行为模型开发、线上软仿平台集成维护； 2、参与AI加速芯片的架构与性能分析、软硬协同设计和验证、基于可编程接口进行算子用例开发等。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、体系结构等相关专业； 2、熟悉计算机体系架构，对深度学习有深入的理解，对GPGPU/NPU/CIM存算体系结构至少熟悉一种，理解其微架构、主要指令集等； 3、熟悉Linux C/C++编程语言； 4、熟悉NVIDIA/AMD GPU计算，了解CUDA/ROCm软件栈； 5、熟悉Qemu仿真器的开发调试； 6、有很强的学习能力，有良好的表达沟通能力，擅长团队协作。

加分项： 1、有AI相关研发经验，熟悉CUDA编程，熟悉AI框架，对一种或者多种网络模型结构有深入理解； 2、熟悉GPU互联技术，熟悉IB/RoCEv2网络协议； 3、每周可实习4天及以上、可长期实习者优先考虑。
