1、负责构建、训练和优化与ROI相关的算法模型，如时序预测模型、分类模型、回归模型、因果推断等模型，利用深度学习和机器学习等技术提高模型准确性和稳定性，以精准预测和评估业务的ROI； 2、深入理解核心业务场景，包含但不限于用户增长、广告投放、金币激励等，通过数据挖掘技术结合业务逻辑，对重点业务问题通过数据建模转化为有效业务策略，为业务关键决策提供重要支持； 3、研究机器学习或统计学领域最新算法和技术发展，引入新的算法和方法对现有模型进行优化和创新，提升模型性能和效率，确保公司在数据驱动方面持续保持高效决策。

1、本科及以上学历，数学/统计学/计算机/经济学/金融学等相关专业背景，3年以上算法开发/数据挖掘/数据科学等相关工作经验； 2、具备优秀的数学建模和编码能力，精通Python进行数据清洗/分析/建模，熟练SQL，熟练基于Spark引擎的算法开发工作； 3、深入理解常见的机器学习算法和深度学习模型，能够根据业务问题选择合适的算法模型，并进行模型训练、调参和优化； 4、良好的逻辑思维能力支撑深度思考相关业务逻辑，良好的沟通能力以便与各类型的员工进行协作，优秀解决问题的能力，并对挑战性数据模型问题充满激情。
