日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、与算法团队合作，参与模型训练数据和评估数据的标准设计，明确不同类型数据的质量要求，并将标准细化到数据筛选、过滤、合成、改写、标注等生产环节； 2、参与图像、视频生成模型的效果评估与结果分析，包括梳理评估维度、制定评估标准、设计测试用例和用户场景评测实验；对模型评测结果、用户反馈和典型案例进行整理与分析，发现模型能力短板及数据问题； 3、与标注及数据生产团队协作，参与训练数据标注和模型评估项目的执行与管理，保障标准落地质量，并持续优化标注流程和生产效率； 4、使用Python、SQL、LLM、VLM等工具，参与数据生产链路中的数据清洗、质量过滤、内容构造、自动评估、样本送标和结果分析等工作，同时对数据生产链路和标注链路进行分析； 5、参与模型评估数据、训练数据及用户场景数据的收集与体系建设，确保数据质量及合规性，同时关注视觉生成、多模态模型及相关产品的技术进展.参与新模型、新能力和新使用场景探索评估。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能、统计学、数学、计算机视觉等理工科专业，或艺术设计等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维、数据意识和问题分析能力，能够从数据及案例中发现问题并总结规律；具备良好的沟通协作和问题解决能力，有主动沟通意识，能够与多团队协同工作； 3、具备一定的数据处理或编程能力，熟悉Python、SQL、Excel等工具中的一种或多种者优先； 4、学习能力强，具备好奇心和钻研精神，能够主动理解模型、数据及业务场景；具备一定的英文阅读和书写能力，能够理解英文技术资料及多文化内容； 5、对AIGC和视觉生成充满热情，有图像生成、视频生成或多模态产品深度使用经验者优先； 6、有机器学习、计算机视觉、数据分析、模型评估、数据标注或互联网产品相关项目经验者优先。
