1、本科及以上学历，1–3年内容生态、平台策略、创作者运营、数据策略、商业分析或战略分析相关经验； 2、具备较强的数据分析、逻辑判断和策略抽象能力，能够基于数据发现问题，并转化为可执行的解决方案； 3、对内容平台生态有一定理解，能够分析内容供给、作者表现、用户消费及生态健康度； 4、具备较强的项目推进和跨团队协作能力，能够拆解复杂项目执行落地。
