1、负责激励产品运营工作，为地区整体的增长指标负责，包括但不限于激励运营、增长营销、本地化、用户体验等； 2、负责线上各类产品运营工作，制定整体运营增长策略，协同产品、技术、数据等团队，利用产品能力、市场活动等多种增长手段完成目标； 3、负责制定营销策略，推动各个推广项目落地（如达人营销、广告投放、地推、异业合作等），达成增长目标，并持续探寻和落地新的增长手段及增长渠道； 4、通过用户调研、用户反馈、本地化探索等手段深入了解用户需求，驱动激励产品在用户体验和本地化程度上的持续升级，为产品迭代提供有效的优化策略及方向； 5、与产品研发、合规、设计、商务、外部合作方等团队密切合作，统筹管理项目，实现地区增长目标。

1、本科及以上学历，用户增长、用户运营、产品运营等方向的工作经验，了解用户增长和市场营销的方式和手段，有成功的用户增长、裂变、数值策略、触点运营、渠道增长策略、GTM等实战经验； 2、英语能力强，日语加分，均可作为工作语言，有国际化学习或工作经历的优先； 3、对国际化当地文化、用户行为、视觉和文化偏好，以及市场营销环境有深刻的理解，熟悉用户获取策略； 4、具有较强的数据理解和分析能力，具备良好的结构化思考能力、逻辑清晰；有数据分析工具使用能力的优先； 5、了解AI趋势与能力边界，有实际使用经验，有使用AI工具流程自动化，重构工作流等实操经历优先； 6、具备良好的跨团队协作能力、沟通能力和自驱力，能快速适应全球化团队工作；有较强项目管理能力和执行力，目标和结果导向。
