1、负责参与构建公司下一代企业级资金与商业化SaaS平台，致力于提升商业化产品研发团队的整体开发效能，目标是抽象底层业务复杂度，提供标准化、高可用的中台服务支撑，通过主导全局统一的SKU架构设计与API接入标准制定，大幅降低各业务线（如直播、会员、虚拟资产等）的系统接入成本，赋能前台业务线实现商业模式的快速落地与迭代； 2、中台标准制定与业务接入规范： 1）API标准与规范设计：负责商业化中台核心API、Webhook及SDK的产品设计与规划，确保系统接口具备良好的幂等性（Idempotency）、版本控制机制与高扩展性； 2）业务接入体验优化：制定清晰、标准化的系统接入规范与开发者文档（Developer Portal），持续优化业务方的接入流程，缩短新业务的系统集成周期，提升整体交付效率； 3）自助化配置中心建设：设计高可用、多租户（Multi-tenant）的配置中心与规则引擎，支持业务或运营团队通过后台配置（如定价策略、分发渠道等）实现策略的直接应用，提升系统SaaS化水平及运营效率； 3、统一SKU与虚拟资产架构设计： 1）系统抽象与数据建模：负责搭建全局统一的虚拟商品与SKU管理底层架构，将复杂的定制化商品需求抽象为标准化、高复用的数据模型（Data Models）与状态机（State Machines），避免重复建设与系统强耦合； 2）虚拟资产全生命周期管理：负责跨业务线的虚拟资产管理，涵盖SKU创建、多币种定价（Multi-currency Pricing）、库存及有效期管理，以及“充值-消耗”模型（Wallet/Credits）的底层流转逻辑； 3）架构演进与系统重构：参与历史遗留业务系统的平滑迁移与架构重构规划，清晰界定底层SKU中心与上层业务系统的逻辑边界，在保障业务连续性的前提下，逐步降低系统技术债； 4、全球财税与合规底层产品化： 1）协同财务、税务及法务团队，在SKU与订单流转环节中嵌入合规校验与税务处理能力，为虚拟资产设计标准的税务编码体系（Tax Codes），支持系统自动适配各国家/地区的VAT/GST及数字服务税（DST）规则，实现前端业务线合规能力的标准化调用。

1、专业经验： 1）3年以上互联网产品经理经验，具备开放平台、API产品、SaaS底层系统或电商后台（尤其是商品/SKU中心）的核心模块设计经验； 2）具备主导或作为核心成员参与跨部门复杂系统解耦、架构重构，或推动建立内部系统接入标准的实战案例； 2、领域知识： 1）系统抽象能力：能够穿透定制化的业务表象，提炼底层共性逻辑；深入理解底层数据模型及状态流转机制； 2）技术理解力：具备良好的技术认知，能够与架构师/研发团队顺畅探讨系统边界划分、API设计规范（如RESTful/GraphQL协议）、并发限流及数据一致性等底层架构议题； 3）业务理解：熟悉创作者经济（Creator Economy）商业模式、虚拟商品生命周期及主流平台变现机制； 3、综合素质： 1）需求优先级把控：具备清晰的系统边界感与优先级管理能力；在面对多业务线复杂的定制化诉求时，能有效平衡短期业务交付目标与长期平台架构的通用性； 2）跨团队协同与推动力：具备优秀的横向沟通与项目管理能力，能够在矩阵化组织架构中，推动多个诉求各异的业务线和研发团队达成共识并落地实施。
