🎯 Misión del Rol

Como Accounting Analyst, tu misión será asegurar la precisión y puntualidad de los cierres contables de nuestras sociedades, proporcionando información financiera clave que impulse la toma de decisiones estratégicas y garantice la transparencia.

🛠️ ¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir nuestra misión?

  • Ejecutar el cierre contable mensual, trimestral y anual de las sociedades asignadas, cumpliendo rigurosamente los calendarios internos.
  • Preparar los anexos del Month Pack y analizar las desviaciones, comunicándolas claramente a Control de Gestión, FP&A y Global.
  • Colaborar activamente en la preparación y atención de las auditorías externas, facilitando la transparencia y el cumplimiento normativo.
  • Coordinar los inputs necesarios para el cierre con equipos clave como Tesorería, Laboral, Tax, Procurement y Flota.
  • Identificar y proponer activamente la implementación de automatizaciones en procesos repetitivos, utilizando herramientas como plantillas de carga, conciliaciones o IA.

🔍 Lo que estamos buscando

  • Grado en Administración de Empresas (ADE), Economía, Finanzas o similar.
  • Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en contabilidad, con dominio del PGC y realización de cierres mensuales completos de principio a fin, incluyendo reporting a matriz o grupo.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, Power Query) y experiencia con algún ERP (NetSuite será un plus).
  • Interés real por la automatización de procesos contables y la aplicación de herramientas de IA, manteniendo siempre un criterio analítico.
  • Capacidad para comunicarte de manera clara y efectiva con múltiples interlocutores internos y externos, como los auditores.
  • Orientación a la mejora continua, buscando la simplificación y eficiencia en los procesos.
