Designhus är ett växande bostadsutvecklings- och byggbolag med fokus på att utveckla och uppföra attraktiva bostadsprojekt i Uppsala och Storstockholm. Om rollen

Som Eftermarknadsansvarig blir du den tydliga kontakten mellan kund, Designhus, entreprenörer och leverantörer. Du ansvarar för att garantiärenden, reklamationer och kompletteringar fångas upp, bedöms och drivs hela vägen till ett bra och dokumenterat avslut.

Rollen passar dig som gillar kombinationen av kundkontakt, byggtekniska frågor, problemlösning och struktur. Tjänsten kan utgå från Uppsala eller Stockholm.

Ditt fokus ligger på att:

Ta emot, prioritera och följa upp garanti- och eftermarknadsärenden

Vara en trygg och tydlig kontaktperson för våra kunder

Samordna hantverkare, underentreprenörer, leverantörer och material

Säkerställa kvalitet, dokumentation, kostnadsuppföljning och återkoppling

Fånga upp återkommande fel och bidra till bättre arbetssätt

Är prestigelös och kan stötta med andra administrativa uppgifter vid behov

Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet från eftermarknadsfrågor inom bygg och bostadsproduktion

Har god byggteknisk förståelse och kan bedöma fel och lämpliga åtgärder

Är van vid kundkontakt, kan driva många parallella ärenden och kommunicerar tydligt

Arbetar strukturerat, lösningsorienterat och håller vad du lovar

Har B-körkort och mycket god svenska i tal och skrift
