Produktionschef till expansiva Designhus – led vår husproduktion i Uppsala

Designhus är ett växande bostadsutvecklings- och byggbolag med projekt i Uppsala och Storstockholm. En viktig del av verksamheten är vår husfabrik i Uppsala, där vi producerar husstommar och byggdelar till våra egna bostadsprojekt. Med fortsatt tillväxt och flera spännande projekt framför oss söker vi nu en Produktionschef som vill utveckla fabrikens dagliga produktion och leveransflöde. Om rollen

Som Produktionschef får du ett brett och operativt ansvar för fabriken – från produktionsplanering och arbetsledning till mängdning, materialbeställningar och husleveranser. Du arbetar nära projektledning och platschefer och ser till att rätt material och färdiga byggdelar finns på rätt plats i rätt tid.

Du trivs nära produktionen, gillar ordning och framförhållning och har ett tydligt kostnads- och kvalitetstänk.

Ditt fokus ligger på att:

Planera, leda och följa upp det dagliga arbetet i fabriken

Mängda material från ritningar samt beställa och avropa i rätt tid

Säkerställa kvalitet, produktivitet och en god arbetsmiljö

Planera och samordna packning, transporter och leveranser till byggprojekten

Utveckla rutiner som minskar svinn, väntetider och sena kompletteringar

Vi söker dig som

Har erfarenhet från husproduktion, träbyggnation, byggproduktion eller närliggande tillverkning

Kan läsa bygg- och konstruktionsritningar och har erfarenhet av mängdning eller materialbeställning

Har erfarenhet av produktionsplanering och arbetsledning eller operativ samordning

Är en tydlig och prestigelös ledare som arbetar strukturerat och kostnadsmedvetet

Har god svenska, god datorvana och B-körkort
