Capto HR söker nu, för kunds räkning, flera Seniora IT-konsulter till ett väletablerat svenskt produkt- och konsultbolag inom verksamhets- och säkerhetsskydd. Bolaget utvecklar en egen säkerhetskritisk IT-plattform för samhällsviktiga aktörer och verkar i miljöer med mycket höga säkerhetskrav, inklusive säkerhetsskyddsklassade system.

Detta är en möjlighet för dig som är en teknisk expert och vill arbeta i en kontext där säkerhet, kvalitet och långsiktighet alltid går före snabbhet och trender.

Om rollen

Vi söker dig som är en tydlig go-to-person inom ditt specialistområde och som:

  • Tar ansvar för komplexa tekniska beslut och långsiktig teknisk riktning
  • Är van att arbeta i säkerhetskritiska miljöer
  • Driver förändring och förbättring inom ditt kompetensområde
  • Trivs i en mentorroll och bidrar till att höja den tekniska nivån i teamet

Du kommer arbeta med design, utveckling och vidareutveckling av säkerhetsklassade IT-system byggda enligt principer som:

  • Infrastruktur som kod (IaC)
  • Standardiserad hård- och mjukvara
  • Luftgapade miljöer
  • Segmentering och strikt åtkomstkontroll
  • Plattformar för mycket höga säkerhetskrav

Vi söker seniora experter inom exempelvis:

Nätverksarkitektur

  • Datacenter, WAN, distribution/access
  • Managementnät, säker segmentering
  • Hårdvaruarkitektur

Infrastruktur

  • DNS, tidssynk, storage
  • Virtualisering
  • Geografisk redundans

Plattform & DevOps

  • Container-orkestrering
  • Loggning, övervakning, larm
  • Automatiserade miljöer

Plattformssäkerhet

  • Identitet och accesshantering
  • PKI och kryptografi
  • FIPS och säkra protokoll

Operativsystem

  • Linux (djup OS-nivå)
  • Windows on-prem enterprise

Vi tror att du idag har en roll som exempelvis:

  • Principal Engineer
  • Senior/Lead Architect
  • Senior/Lead Network Engineer
  • Head of Engineering
  • CTO / VP Engineering
  • Teknisk ledare med 20+ års erfarenhet

Vem är du?

Du har lång erfarenhet (cirka 20+ år) och är trygg i din kompetens. Du kan röra dig nära ditt specialistområde men är inte alltför smalt avgränsad. Du är van att formulera, driva och realisera tekniska förändringar.

Du uppskattar miljöer där:

  • Manuell “brandkårs-admin” inte förekommer
  • Struktur, policy och automation styr
  • Säkerhet är ett absolut krav – inte en rekommendation
