Project Management Office Opportunities

Rollen vi söker

  • Project Manager / Project Leader (PL) Driva utvecklingsprojekt från start till mål, ofta i tvärfunktionella och globala team, med fokus på instrument-, hårdvaru- och mjukvaruutveckling inom Life Science.

Dina ansvarsområden

  • Leda och följa upp projekt och projektportföljer med ansvar för tid, kostnad och kvalitet
  • Etablera och vidareutveckla processer, verktyg och arbetssätt inom PMO
  • Säkerställa effektiv governance, riskhantering och resursplanering
  • Fungera som stöd och coach till projektledare och linjeorganisation
  • Arbeta nära R&D, produktutveckling och ledning i en platt organisation
  • Delta i globala samarbeten, inklusive möten med USA-baserade team

Vi söker dig som har

  • Minst 10 års erfarenhet av projektledning och/eller PMO-arbete
  • Erfarenhet av att driva utvecklingsprojekt inom Life Science, gärna kopplat till kemi, biologi eller medicinteknik
  • Ett stort plus är god förståelse för instrumentutveckling, hårdvara, mekanik och teknik
  • Erfarenhet av arbete enligt ISO 13485 och reglerade miljöer (medtech/life science)
  • Stark kommunikativ förmåga och vana att arbeta tvärfunktionellt
  • Formell projektledarutbildning (PMP, PRINCE2 eller motsvarande)
  • Förmåga att kombinera struktur med ett pragmatiskt, lösningsorienterat arbetssätt
