Processingenjör – Avancerad MEMS produktion

Plats: Uppsala (Ångström Labs)

APR Technologies utvecklar och tillverkar avancerade termiska lösningar för högkrävande applikationer inom rymd, elektronik och energi. Vi befinner oss i en expansiv fas där vår produktion växer och industrialiseras — och nu söker vi en Processingenjör som vill vara med och utveckla och optimera våra MEMS tillverkningsprocesser.

Om rollen

Som Processingenjör har du en central roll i att utveckla, förbättra och säkerställa robusta MEMS produktionsprocesser i renrumsmiljö. Du arbetar nära produktion, R&D och kvalitet för att skapa effektiva, skalbara och kvalitetssäkrade produktionsflöden – både för befintliga och nya produkter.

Rollen kombinerar processutveckling, teknisk problemlösning och industrialisering i en miljö där produktionen går från små serier till mer storskalig tillverkning.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Nyutveckla och optimera produktionsprocesser och arbetsflöden
  • Ta fram och förbättra arbetsinstruktioner, metoder och kvalitetsrutiner
  • Delta i industrialisering och uppskalning av nya produkter och processer
  • Felsöka och lösa tekniska problem i produktionen
  • Medverka vid införande av ny utrustning och automationslösningar
  • Arbeta med ständiga förbättringar (Lean, 5S)
  • Säkerställa kvalitet, effektivitet och repeterbarhet i processer
  • Samverka med produktion, kvalitet och underhåll

Vi söker dig som

  • Har ingenjörsutbildning inom produktion, industri, mekanik eller liknande
  • Har erfarenhet av MEMS processutveckling i tillverkningsmiljö och avancerade renrum
  • Har arbetat med produktionsflöden, dokumentation och tekniska specifikationer
  • Har ett strukturerat och analytiskt arbetssätt
  • Trivs med att arbeta både operativt och utvecklingsinriktat
  • Kan arbeta självständigt men också i team

Meriterande

  • Lean, 5S eller processoptimering
  • Erfarenhet av industrialisering eller införande av nya produkter
  • Erfarenhet av utrustning, maskininvesteringar eller tekniska projekt
