O que você vai fazer no dia a dia

  • Conduzir casos de cobrança e recuperação de crédito (judicial e extrajudicial), com foco em performance e mitigação de riscos.
  • Elaborar, revisar e acompanhar notificações, acordos, confissões de dívida, termos e instrumentos de cobrança.
  • Atuar em negociações com devedores, advogados e partes interessadas, buscando soluções eficientes e sustentáveis.
  • Realizar análise de risco, estratégias de cobrança e definição de melhores rotas de recuperação.
  • Elaborar peças processuais e acompanhar o andamento em sistemas judiciais (peticionamento, prazos, audiências quando aplicável).
  • Apoiar na organização e melhoria de fluxos internos, com visão de processos e indicadores.

Requisitos e competências essenciais

  • Formação acadêmica em Direito.
  • Sólida atuação em Direito Civil e Direito do Consumidor, com vivência em cobranças/recuperação de crédito.
  • Excelente capacidade de escrita jurídica, argumentação e atenção a detalhes.
  • Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado(a) a resultados.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de conduzir negociações com firmeza e empatia.
  • Organização para gestão de prazos e múltiplos casos simultaneamente.

Diferenciais que contam pontos

  • Experiência com acordos estratégicos, execução, monitória, ações de cobrança e rotinas correlatas.
  • Familiaridade com indicadores/rotinas de performance na recuperação de crédito.
