✅ Principais responsabilidades (Contas a Pagar e a Receber)

  • Realizar o controle e programação de pagamentos, garantindo prazos, prioridades e conformidade.
  • Executar e acompanhar contas a receber, incluindo controle de vencimentos e baixas.
  • Conferir, lançar e validar documentos financeiros (notas fiscais, boletos, comprovantes e demais títulos).
  • Apoiar a conciliação bancária e o fechamento financeiro periódico.
  • Monitorar o fluxo de caixa operacional, sinalizando riscos e oportunidades.
  • Organizar e manter controles, relatórios e arquivos financeiros com foco em precisão e rastreabilidade.
  • Interagir com fornecedores e áreas internas para alinhamento de informações e resolução de pendências.

  • Perfil analítico, organizado e com atenção a detalhes.

  • Domínio de Excel e familiaridade com sistemas/ERP financeiro
