  • Oportunidade para quem ama vendas e performance: buscamos um(a) Closer para atuar com foco total em conversão, relacionamento e resultado — empresa com base em Itajaí/SC e possibilidade de trabalho remoto.

O que você vai fazer no dia a dia (Responsabilidades):

  • Realizar a abordagem dos leads (clientes já em base e de novos lançamentos).
  • Conduzir reuniões de vendas (online), entendendo o cenário do cliente e apresentando a melhor solução.
  • Gerenciar e acelerar o pipeline no CRM, garantindo previsibilidade e organização do funil.
  • Realizar follow-ups estratégicos, quebrar objeções e negociar condições para fechamento.
  • Trabalhar com metas e indicadores (conversão, ciclo de vendas, ticket, forecast), mantendo foco em alta performance.
  • Realizar o fechamento de vendas, com foco na conversão para os planos anuais.
  • Demais atividades pertinentes.

O que esperamos de você (Competências e requisitos):

  • Queremos alguém com autonomia, vontade e capacidade em realizar abordagem dos leads e realizar conversão.
  • Experiência prévia em vendas, preferencialmente com atuação em vendas digitais e conversão de leads.
  • Perfil mão na massa, resiliente e orientado(a) a metas.
  • Comunicação clara, escuta ativa e habilidade de negociação consultiva.
  • Organização e disciplina para atuar em rotina remota com alto nível de entregas.
  • Familiaridade com CRM e rotina de funil de vendas.
  • Estrutura para atuação remota.
