Work Setup & Perks:

  • Location: Mega Park, Sofia (ultra-modern office with great amenities & expat community).
  • Work Model: On-site during onboarding for hands-on coaching, transitioning to a Hybrid model (2 days WFH / 3 days office) after 4 months based on performance.
  • Flexible Shifts: Rotating schedules between 09:00 and 22:00 (full-time 8h, or flexible 6h/4h shifts available).

What You'll Do:

  • Represent a premier Swiss telecommunications brand with professional, friendly support.
  • Assist customers via inbound calls and digital channels regarding inquiries, subscriptions, and billing.
  • Identify value-add opportunities for product upgrades (fueling your monthly commissions!).
  • Maintain high satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Growth & Training:

  • Fully Paid Training: 5 weeks of comprehensive training to ensure you feel 100% confident before taking your first live interaction.
  • Career Progression: Fast-track opportunities to advance into Quality Assurance, Team Lead, Sales Coach, or Trainer roles.

What You Need:

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2) + communicative English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
  • Motivation to hit targets and maximize bonus potential.
  • Valid EU Passport or existing right to work in Bulgaria.
