Join a leading Swiss telecommunications project and become the voice of one of Switzerland's major telecom providers. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical support, customer service, and sales in an international environment.

Your Role

As a Technical Support Customer Expert, you will assist customers with their internet, TV, and home-service subscriptions, providing fast and effective solutions while identifying opportunities to offer additional services.

Your responsibilities include:

Handle inbound customer calls regarding technical issues

Diagnose and troubleshoot internet, TV, and home-service problems

Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

Document customer cases accurately

Meet quality, productivity, and KPI targets

Salary & Benefits

€1,300 gross/month base salary Up to €240/month productivity bonus, based on target achievement Quarterly KPI bonus: €0–€900 gross

Salary progression after 12 months and 3 years Up to €100/month transportation bonus, based on on-site presence Flight ticket every 6 completed months of employment

Working Schedule

Monday–Sunday, 09:00–21:00

Rotational shifts with two days off according to the schedule.

What We're Looking For

German C1/Native English B2 or higher

Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Good PC and multitasking skills

Comfortable explaining technical issues to customers

Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

Sales-oriented attitude and willingness to identify upselling opportunities
