DEIN JOB – WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Administrative Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Ganzheitliches Kalender- und Meetingmanagement für zwei CEOs inkl. Priorisierung, Koordination komplexer Termine, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und effizienten Tagesablaufs
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Mitarbeit im Bereich Finanzen & Administration (Erstellung von Übersichten, Unterstützung bei Budget- und Kostenkontrolle, Spesen- und Rechnungsmanagement)
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung und internen Teams
  • Stakeholder-Kommunikation (ERP-Provider, Steuerberatung, Beirat etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei Event- und Projektorganisation (Koordination von Abläufen, Logistik und internen Abstimmungen)
  • Verantwortung für Office-Organisation, interne Prozesse und administrative Optimierungen

DEIN PROFIL – WHAT YOU BRING

  • Abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung (HAK, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Erfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion, idealerweise im Bereich Senior Leadership (Headofaufwärts) inkl. volles Kalender-, Reise- und Tagesmanagement
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Zahlenaffinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung im Finanz-/Backoffice von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Proaktive, flexible Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
