  • Ganzheitliches Projektmanagement Du übernimmst die vollständige Verantwortung für unsere Live- und Marken-Events – von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung und Nachbereitung. Dabei denkst du strategisch, handelst lösungsorientiert und behältst stets den Überblick.
  • Kunden- & Stakeholdermanagement Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen, Head of Projects und Projektpartner – sowohl auf strategischer als auch auf operativer Ebene. Mit Gespür für Bedürfnisse und Markensteuerung führst du alle Projektbeteiligten mit Empathie, Klarheit und Kompetenz. Du reportest verlässlich und vorrausschauend.
  • Projektcontrolling & Ressourcenmanagement Du verantwortest Budgets und Ressourcen vorausschauend und effizient – und steuerst Projektverläufe so, dass Qualität, Zeit und Kosten im Einklang bleiben.
  • Kommunikation & Präsentation Ob intern oder extern, schriftlich oder mündlich: Du kommunizierst klar, zielgerichtet und inspirierend. Du führst Briefings, leitest Meetings und überzeugst in Pitches – mit Struktur, Leidenschaft und Wirkung.
  • On-Site Management Live is live: Du bist vor Ort, wo Emotionen entstehen. Du koordinierst Teams, Partner und Dienstleister mit einem Blick für Details und einem Gespür für Timing. Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe vor, während und nach dem Event.
  • Erwartungs- & Qualitätsmanagement Du übersetzt kreative Visionen in realisierbare Konzepte, steuerst sie sicher durch den Projektverlauf und sorgst dafür, dass Kundenerwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen werden – mit Qualität, Präzision und Herz.

DEIN PROFIL – WHAT YOU BRING

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich Event-, Projekt- oder Tourismusmanagement – oder bringst vergleichbare Qualifikationen mit.
  • Du bewahrst in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Events oder im Marketing gesammelt – und dabei bewiesen, dass du Projekte mit Verantwortung und Leidenschaft zum Erfolg führst.
  • Du denkst kreativ, arbeitest strukturiert und bist ein echter Teamplayer mit „Hands-on“-Mentalität.
  • Kommunikation ist deine Stärke – klar, empathisch und auf den Punkt. Du trittst sicher auf und übernimmst Verantwortung mit natürlicher Selbstverständlichkeit.
  • Dein hoher Qualitätsanspruch und deine organisierte Arbeitsweise machen dich zu einer verlässlichen Anlaufstelle im Projektteam.
  • Es fällt dir leicht, Beziehungen mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern aufzubauen und du verstehst deren Bedürfnisse.
  • Du kommunizierst fließend in Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich, im Alltag wie während Präsentationen.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B.
