DEIN JOB – WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Projektteams sowie Förderung von Eigenverantwortung und Zusammenarbeit
  • Übergreifende Steuerung mehrerer Event- und Marketingprojekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung und Nachbereitung
  • Verantwortung für Projektbudgets, Kalkulationen und Controlling sowie die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Planung und Priorisierung von Teamkapazitäten und Ressourcen in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen sowie Beratung zu Projektumfang und Umsetzung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konzept, Creative, Produktion und Logistik sowie Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister
  • Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagementprozessen, frühzeitiges Erkennen von Risiken und Sicherstellen wirksamer Lösungen

DEIN PROFIL – WHAT YOU BRING

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in Eventmanagement, Marketing, Kommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Event- oder Agenturprojektmanagement sowie Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Umsetzung komplexer Projekte und im Management von Budgets und Ressourcen
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke, unternehmerisches Denken und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Souveränes Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und klare Kommunikation mit Kunden, Teams und Geschäftsführung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft und zeitliche Flexibilität bei Veranstaltungen
