DEIN JOB – WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Unterstützendes Projektmanagement Du übernimmst bestimmte Teil-Verantwortungen für unsere Live- und Marken-Events – von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung und Nachbereitung. Dabei denkst du strategisch, handelst lösungsorientiert und behältst stets den Überblick über deine Aufgabenbereiche.
  • Kunden- & Stakeholdermanagement Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Projektmanager, Kund:innen, Head of Projects und Projektpartner – vor allem auf der operativen Ebene. Du reportest verlässlich und vorrausschauend an deine/n Vorgesetzte/n.
  • Projektcontrolling & Ressourcenmanagement Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Planung von Budgets und Ressourcen deiner Aufgabenbereiche auf einem Projekt und steuerst diese proaktiv, sodass Qualität, Zeit und Kosten im Einklang bleiben. Du kommunizierst Engpässe an die Projektleitung und bringst Lösungsvorschläge an den Tisch.
  • Kommunikation & Präsentation Ob intern oder extern, schriftlich oder mündlich: Du kommunizierst klar, zielgerichtet und inspirierend.
  • On-Site Management Live is live: Du bist vor Ort, wo Emotionen entstehen. Du koordinierst Partner und Dienstleister mit einem Blick für Details und einem Gespür für Timing. Du sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe vor, während und nach dem Event. Du unterstützt die Projektleitung in der Umsetzung.
  • Erwartungs- & Qualitätsmanagement Du stellst die Qualität und Erfüllung der Kundenwünsche innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereiches sicher und sorgst dafür, dass Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen werden – mit Qualität, Präzision und Herz.

DEIN PROFIL – WHAT YOU BRING

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich Event-, Projekt- oder Tourismusmanagement – oder bringst vergleichbare Qualifikationen mit.
  • Du bewahrst in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Events oder im Marketing gesammelt.
  • Du denkst kreativ, arbeitest strukturiert und bist ein echter Teamplayer mit „Hands-on“-Mentalität.
  • Kommunikation ist deine Stärke – klar, empathisch und auf den Punkt. Du trittst sicher auf und übernimmst Verantwortung mit natürlicher Selbstverständlichkeit.
  • Dein hoher Qualitätsanspruch und deine organisierte Arbeitsweise machen dich zu einer verlässlichen Anlaufstelle im Projektteam.
  • Es fällt dir leicht, Beziehungen mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern aufzubauen und du verstehst deren Bedürfnisse.
  • Du kommunizierst fließend in Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich, im Alltag wie während Präsentationen.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B.
