Backoffice Medewerker Eneco | €18 per uur

Locatie: Eneco World, Rotterdam Salaris: €18 bruto per uur (inclusief vakantiegeld) Uren: 40 uur per week

Wat ga je doen?

Voor ons team bij Eneco zijn we op zoek naar een Backoffice Medewerker die nauwkeurig werkt, graag problemen oplost en het leuk vindt om processen te verbeteren.

In deze functie houd je je bezig met de administratieve processen rondom klantgegevens, contracten en facturatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat gegevens kloppen, zoekt uit waar afwijkingen vandaan komen en schakelt met collega's om problemen op te lossen.

Daarnaast speel je een rol in de overgang van Gulf-processen naar Eneco. Je helpt ervoor te zorgen dat deze overgang zo soepel mogelijk verloopt en denkt mee over wat er beter kan.

Een greep uit je werkzaamheden:

  • Verwerken en controleren van klant-, contract- en facturatiegegevens.
  • Onderzoeken en oplossen van administratieve afwijkingen.
  • Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en meedenken over verbeteringen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en zorgen dat gegevens op orde zijn.
  • Schakelen met verschillende afdelingen om vraagstukken op te lossen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de overgang van Gulf-processen naar Eneco.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

We zoeken iemand die zelfstandig kan werken, overzicht houdt en graag dingen tot op de bodem uitzoekt.

  • Je hebt mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden of backofficeprocessen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kunt goed verbanden leggen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert makkelijk met collega's en andere afdelingen.
  • Ervaring binnen de energiesector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
