BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsible for and oversees the end-to-end execution of business projects, operational initiatives, and client deliverables to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with commercial goals.

1. Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of business projects

2. Act as the primary point of contact for internal business leaders, external clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams

3. Convert high-level business goals and product requirements into structured delivery roadmaps, project plans, and actionable sprint or milestone targets

4. Track project milestones, identify delivery bottlenecks or resource constraints, and build proactive risk-mitigation strategies

5. Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and metric tracking to update senior leadership on key performance indicators

6. Ensure compliance and quality control standards
