Neue regulatorische Anforderungen, digitale Innovationen und geopolitische Entwicklungen verändern Geschäftsmodelle, Marktstrukturen und politische Rahmenbedingungen gleichermaßen. Gleichzeitig steht der Sektor im besonderen Fokus von Politik, Aufsicht und Öffentlichkeit.

Im Team Future Tech beraten wir Unternehmen der Finanzwirtschaft an der Schnittstelle von Wirtschaft, Politik und Verwaltung. Wir unterstützen unsere Mandanten dabei, regulatorische Entwicklungen frühzeitig einzuordnen und ihre Strategien, Geschäftsmodelle und Positionierungen im politischen Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln.

Den Finance Bereich definieren wir bewusst breit. Zugänge über Banking, FinTech, Regulierung oder Beratung sind explizit umfasst. Erfahrungen in weiteren digitalen Brachen sind willkommen.

Zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Finance‑Clusters suchen wir einen Director (m/w/x), der Verantwortung für einen eigenen Leistungsbereich übernimmt, Kundenbeziehungen strategisch ausbaut und die Geschäftsentwicklung im Zukunftsfeld Finance maßgeblich vorantreibt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategische Steuerung und Gesamtverantwortung für Beratungsprojekte und Mandate im Finance‑ und Zukunftstechnologieumfeld
  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und inhaltliche Prägung eines eigenen Leistungsbereichs mit Fokus auf Finance
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen auf Entscheider‑Ebene
  • Aktive Akquise und Geschäftsentwicklung, inklusive Angebotsverantwortung und Entwicklung neuer Beratungsformate
  • Einbringung und gezielter Ausbau des eigenen Netzwerks zur Marktpositionierung und Kundengewinnung
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Analyse, Einordnung und strategische Bewertung politischer, regulatorischer und technologischer Entwicklungen im Finanzsektor auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber Kunden, Partnern, Institutionen und auf relevanten Fach‑ und Branchenevents

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Beratung, idealerweise mit Führungs‑ und Ergebnisverantwortung, vorzugsweise im Finance‑, Public‑ oder Technologiesektor
  • Tiefes strategisches Verständnis für die Finanzbranche und die Rolle von Zukunftstechnologien, Regulierung und politischen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Kundenentwicklung, Akquise und Angebotsverantwortung
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise sowie Freude daran, Themen, Teams und Geschäftsbereiche eigenständig aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs‑ und Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein souveränes Auftreten auf Top‑Management‑Ebene
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (fließend) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
