Woonpartners is een Vlaamse dochteronderneming van Cipal Schaubroeck die softwareoplossingen ontwikkelt en beheert voor sociale huisvesting, gevestigd in Bissegem (Kortrijk). Met onze eigen ERP-toepassing ondersteunen we woonmaatschappijen bij het beheer van panden, huurders, financiële processen en communicatie met Wonen in Vlaanderen.

Als Fullstack .Net/Angular Developer werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling, optimalisatie en onderhoud van deze uitgebreide applicatie. Je combineert jouw technische expertise met een sterk analytisch vermogen om de behoeften van onze gebruikers en stakeholders te begrijpen en te vertalen naar efficiënte oplossingen.

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden reiken verder dan louter ontwikkelen, testen en onderhouden van de software. Ook jouw analytisch inzicht komt goed van pas voor het vertalen van de businessnoden naar haalbare en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen. Zie je ergens verbeterkansen? In samenwerking met de projectmanager en consultants kom je tot optimalisatie van bestaande systemen. Je denkt actief mee over innovatie en bent AI-minded.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in IT, Informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring als Fullstack .Net/Angular Developer.
  • Grondige kennis van:
  • .Net 8+ en/of .Net Framework 4.6+
  • Angular 21+
  • MS SQL Server 2019+
  • Entity Framework 6+ en EF Core
  • Versiebeheer via Git
  • Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Je begrijpt bedrijfsprocessen en kunt complexe vraagstukken structureren.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, maar kan eveneens goed zelfstandig werken.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.

Pluspunten:

  • Ervaring met integraties met overheidsdiensten zoals Magda
  • Ervaring met Jenkins, Gradle, SonarQube, Renovate, DTrack, Nexus en Grafana
