Cipal Schaubroeck ondersteunt lokale besturen, publieke organisaties en overheidsinstanties met digitale oplossingen, administratieve diensten en innovatieve technologie. Onze organisatie bestaat uit verschillende business units die elk een eigen expertise hebben, maar samen één missie delen: publieke dienstverlening versterken.

Als Functioneel Analist speel jij een sleutelrol in het vertalen van de businessnoden naar duidelijke functionele specificaties en processen. Je vormt de brug tussen gebruikers, ontwikkelaars en testers. Samen met ervaren collega’s werk je in een hecht team dat inzet op samenwerking, kwaliteit en innovatie. Je werkt vanuit Westerlo, gemiddeld twee dagen per week op kantoor. De rest van de tijd werk je van thuis.

Hoe kan je ons overtuigen?

We zoeken een analytische en communicatief sterke Functioneel Analist met een passie voor procesoptimalisatie en heldere documentatie. Je kan complexe bedrijfsprocessen begrijpelijk voorstellen in BPMN en vertaalt functionele noden naar UML-diagrammen en use cases. Je denkt kritisch mee over procesverbeteringen en draagt actief bij aan een stabiele en efficiënte werking van de applicaties.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een IT- of economische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met business- en functionele analyse binnen een softwareomgeving.
  • Vaardig in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) en UML (Unified Modeling Language).
  • Inzicht in Agile/Scrum-methodologieën.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van functionele documentatie, use cases en procesflows.
  • Kennis van datamodellering is een pluspunt.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, professioneel gebruik van Engels.
