Waar kom je terecht?

De functie start binnen de IT Servicedesk, waar incidenten en vragen van interne medewerkers en klanten worden behandeld. Na een korte inwerkperiode volgt een doorgroei naar het Windows & Modern Workplace team, waar gewerkt wordt aan endpoint management, Windows-omgevingen, Intune-configuraties en bredere infrastructuurprojecten.

Het team bestaat uit ervaren support engineers en systeembeheerders die kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal stellen.

Takenpakket

Support & Probleemoplossing

  • Behandelen van technische vragen en incidenten via telefoon, mail en ticketing.
  • Analyseren van problemen en bepalen of deze zelfstandig kunnen worden opgelost of moeten worden doorgestuurd.
  • Registreren en opvolgen van tickets volgens de afgesproken procedures.
  • Ondersteunen van interne medewerkers en klanten binnen de publieke sector.

Installaties & Beheer

  • Uitvoeren van installaties, configuraties en updates van hardware en software.
  • Werken binnen een Windows- en Microsoft 365-omgeving, inclusief Intune en endpoint management.
  • Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, toestellen en basisnetwerkcomponenten.

Leren & Groeien

  • Geleidelijke doorgroei naar het Windows & Modern Workplace team.
  • Verdiepen van kennis rond Windows-omgevingen, Intune, identity & access en endpoint management.
  • Meewerken aan verbeteringen in processen en infrastructuur.

Profiel

  • Een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in een IT-richting
  • Minimaal 3 jaar professionele ervaring in IT-support of een gelijkaardige technische rol.
  • Ervaring met Active Directory en Azure AD.
  • Ervaring met endpoint management of device policies.
  • Vertrouwd met Windows-omgevingen en netwerkconcepten.
  • Affiniteit met security en begrippen zoals MFA, policies en patching.
  • Bewezen ervaring met automatisatie, scripting en DevOps.
  • Interesse of ervaring met Microsoft 365, Intune en Modern Workplace-technologieën.
  • Kennis ITIL.
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
  • Proactief en leergierig. Gedreven, ondernemend en zelfsturend.
  • Kan zowel zelfstandig werken als in teamverband.
  • Moedertaal Nederlands, Engels vormt geen probleem.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

Pluspunten (geen vereisten):

  • Interesse in identity management en access management.
  • Ervaring met Zabbix
