Als Junior Account Manager Enforcement groei je stap voor stap uit tot een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor Vlaamse steden, gemeenten en politiezones. Je start bewust in een ondersteunende & begeleide rol, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met de Senior Account Manager en de ervaren collega’s binnen de business unit.

Onze business unit ondersteunt lokale besturen met slimme handhavings- en verkeersveiligheidsoplossingen zoals ANPR‑camera’s, dienstverlening en software. In deze juniorfunctie leer je hoe je commerciële kansen herkent, relaties opbouwt en technologische oplossingen vertaalt naar concrete meerwaarde voor klanten.

Wat je gaat doen

Relatiebeheer & klantondersteuning

Je ondersteunt de Senior Account Manager bij het onderhouden van contacten met Vlaamse steden, gemeenten en leveranciers. Helpt bij vragen, informatieverzoeken en het delen van productinformatie, zodat je stap voor stap leert hoe je duurzame relaties opbouwt.

Marktverkenning & prospectie

Je onderzoekt de handhavingsmarkt, volgt trends op en helpt bij het identificeren van potentiële klanten. Je leert hoe je opportuniteiten herkent en omzet in concrete verkoopkansen.

Opvolging van leads & commerciële ondersteuning

Je volgt leads op, plant afspraken mee in en ondersteunt bij presentaties en demo’s. Je leert commerciële trajecten structureren, documenteren en voorbereiden.

Voorbereiding van oplossingen & interne samenwerking

Je werkt nauw samen met de Senior Account Manager, Technical Project Managers en leveranciers om oplossingen correct te begrijpen en te presenteren. Je helpt bij het coördineren van lopende projecten en zorgt mee voor vlotte communicatie.

Administratie & CRM‑beheer

Je registreert klantinteracties, verkoopactiviteiten en projectstatus in CRM/ERP. Je ondersteunt bij offertes, contracten en andere commerciële documenten en leert onze interne processen kennen.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden

Binnen Cipal Schaubroeck krijg je de ruimte om te groeien richting:

  • volwaardig Account Manager Enforcement,
  • commerciële specialisatie binnen handhavingstechnologie,
  • of een hybride rol met focus op projectwerking en klantadvies.
