Cipal Schaubroeck ondersteunt lokale besturen, publieke organisaties en overheidsinstanties met digitale oplossingen, administratieve diensten en innovatieve technologie. Onze organisatie bestaat uit verschillende business units die elk een eigen expertise hebben, maar samen één missie delen: publieke dienstverlening versterken.

Om ons managementteam verder uit te bouwen, zoeken we een Management Team Member dat mee richting geeft aan onze business units.

Jouw rol

Als lid van het Management Team ben je een sleutelfiguur in het uittekenen en realiseren van de strategie van onze business units. Je werkt nauw samen met de Managing Directors en collega‑MT‑leden om de BU’s te laten groeien, processen te optimaliseren en medewerkers te ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling.

Je combineert strategisch inzicht met operationele daadkracht en vormt een verbindende schakel tussen teams, directie en klanten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Strategische bijdrage — Je helpt de BU‑strategie vorm te geven en vertaalt deze naar concrete initiatieven.
  • Operationele opvolging — Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten, processen en KPI’s.
  • Teamcoaching — Je ondersteunt teamleads, stimuleert samenwerking en zorgt voor een positieve, professionele cultuur.
  • Procesoptimalisatie — Je detecteert verbeterkansen en werkt mee aan efficiëntere workflows.
  • Stakeholdermanagement — Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking — Je zorgt dat dienstverlening, output en interne processen voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen van Cipal Schaubroeck.

We zoeken een sterke organisatorische en strategische professional die zich thuis voelt in een complexe en technologisch gedreven omgeving.

  • In bezit van een bachelordiploma
  • Een young of high potential die wil groeien en kansen durft te grijpen.
  • Ervaring in leidinggeven of het aansturen van teams/projecten
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en gevoel voor structuur
  • Communicatief en verbindend
  • Resultaatgericht met focus op kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • Klantgericht en vertrouwd met publieke dienstverlening
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Ervaring in een publieke, financiële, technologische of administratieve context is een plus, geen must.
