Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur et votre capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément ? Vous aimez travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et contribuer activement à la réussite des projets clients ?

Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Commercial(e) pour accompagner nos commerciaux dans la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des campagnes de vente. Véritable interface entre les différents interlocuteurs, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'élaboration des propositions commerciales, le suivi des dossiers et la satisfaction client.

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :

L’Assistant(e) commercial(e) assure les missions principales suivantes, sans que cette liste soit exhaustive :

• Collabore à l’élaboration des propositions commerciales :

-En concertation avec le commercial, analyse le brief client (Objectif, budget, thème ..)

-Crée le dossier de vente dans les outils internes

-Etudie les disponibilités, calcule les performances

-Edite et met en forme la proposition commerciale et l’envoie au commercial

• Assure le traitement et le suivi des dossiers de vente :

-Pose les options, suit leur validation et les arbitrages

-Après accord du client, fait les demandes de blocages

-Edite le bon de commande et l’envoie au client et suit le retour

-Génère la demande d’affiches et la commande PRINT le cas échéant

-Envoie les spécificités techniques pour le Digital

-Fait les écarts réseaux

-Envoie la liste définitive sur demande du client

-Envoie le bilan de diffusion

-Prépare les éléments de facturation

🔍Ce que nous recherchons :

-Diplômé(e) d’un Bac +2 minimum

-Bon relationnel

-Rigueur et autonomie

-Réactivité

-Bonne capacité d’organisation et gestion des priorités

-Maitrise du pack office (excel, word, ppt, ...)

Conditions du poste :

  • Type de contrat : CDD
  • Statut : Agent de maîtrise
  • Rémunération : Selon profil et expérience sur 13 mois et demi
  • Temps de travail hebdomadaire : 37H + 12 RTT/an
  • Avantages : carte déjeuner, prise en charge du transport à hauteur de 50%, mutuelle, plan d'épargne retraite, CSE.

Durée Initiale du CDD de 9 mois.
