Vous êtes passionné(e) par la paie et vous souhaitez prendre en charge votre propre population de l'entrée à la sortie des collaborateurs tout en gérant la maladie, la mutuelle prévoyance.

Au sein d’une équipe bienveillante et expérimentée, vous serez au cœur des enjeux RH d’une organisation multi-sites.

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :

🔹 Gestion complète de la paie :

  • Traitement des bulletins pour environ 270 salariés répartis sur plusieurs établissements
  • Déclarations sociales mensuelles et trimestrielles
  • Suivi des dossiers collaborateurs : saisies diverses, suivi des arrêts/IJSS, avances, absences, prévoyance
  • Gestion des entrées/sorties : calcul du STC et envoi des documents

🔍Ce que nous recherchons :

Vous êtes diplômé(e) dans le domaine de la Paie, avec au moins 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de la paie. Autonome, rigoureux(se), curieux(se), vous savez gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle avec réactivité et méthode. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et la collaboration transverse. La maîtrise du logiciel SILAE est un vrai plus.

Conditions du poste :

  • Type de contrat : CDI
  • Statut : Agent de maîtrise assimilé Cadre
  • Rémunération sur 13 mois et demi, selon profil et expérience (34 000 - 41 000 brut/an)
  • Temps de travail hebdomadaire : 37H + 12 RTT
  • Télétravail : 2 jours/semaine
  • Avantages : carte déjeuner, prise en charge du transport à hauteur de 50%, mutuelle, plan d'épargne retraite, CSE.
