Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et doté(e) d’un excellent sens de l’analyse ? Rejoignez notre service ADV en tant que Gestionnaire Administration des Ventes et jouez un rôle clé dans le traitement et le suivi de la facturation de nos clients nationaux. En lien direct avec la Coordinatrice ADV, vous assurez la fiabilité des opérations de facturation et contribuez à la satisfaction client grâce à votre réactivité et votre sens du service.

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :

Prendre en charge les opérations de facturation :

  • Réaliser, contrôler et envoyer les factures / avoirs
  • Codifier les factures
  • Suivre les opérations de facturation
  • Enregistrer les factures dans le logiciel approprié
  • Analyser les écarts entre la commande et la campagne réalisée afin d’adapter la facturation

Assurer le suivi des clients :

  • Identifier et analyser les factures manquantes par rapport aux commandes
  • Suivre et analyser les causes de la réalisation des avoirs

🔍Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Formation supérieure type Bac+2 Comptabilité
  • Rigueur et autonomie
  • Capacité d’organisation
  • Proactivité

Conditions du poste :

  • Type de contrat : CDD
  • Statut : Agent de maîtrise
  • Rémunération : Selon profil et expérience sur 13 mois et demi - (fourchette entre 32 000 et 35 000€ brut/an)
  • Temps de travail hebdomadaire : 37H + 12 RTT/an
  • Télétravail : oui
  • Avantages : carte déjeuner, prise en charge du transport à hauteur de 50%, mutuelle, plan d'épargne retraite, CSE.

Durée Initiale du CDD de 6 mois
