Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :

Dans le cadre de ses responsabilités, le/la comptable :

· Réceptionne et impute les encaissements quotidiens des clients (virements, chèques, LCR) en lien avec le service Trésorerie et les interlocuteurs (clients / agences)

· Pointe et lettre les comptes clients

· Contrôle et met à jour la base d’information comptable des clients en lien avec les autres outils de gestion de la Société :

o Vérification et validation des données indiquées (SIRET / SIREN, TVA…)

o Contrôle de la solvabilité et définition des limites à appliquer

o Blocage / déblocage des comptes en fonction des critères définis

o Implémentation auprès des outils externes (factor)

· Procède à la déclaration des créances auprès des mandataires

· Génère les demandes de remboursement applicables

· Participe à la clôture mensuelle

· Est en relation avec :

o Le service facturation (identification des avoirs / refacturations…)

o Le service recouvrement (litiges déclarés, blocage ou déblocage des comptes…)

· Participe aux projets d’évolution dans le service pour les besoins de l’entreprise

🔍Ce que nous recherchons :

Vous justifiez de 5 à 6 ans d'expérience en comptabilité et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur ainsi que vos qualités relationnelles. Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel, et disposez d'une expérience significative sur un ERP, en particulier dans le cadre du rapprochement des bons de commande et des factures.

Conditions du poste :

  • Type de contrat : CDD
  • Statut : Agent de maîtrise
  • Rémunération : Selon profil et expérience sur 13 mois et demi - (fourchette entre 32 000 et 35 000€ brut/an)
  • Temps de travail hebdomadaire : 37H + 12 RTT/an
  • Télétravail : oui
  • Avantages : carte déjeuner, prise en charge du transport à hauteur de 50%, mutuelle, plan d'épargne retraite, CSE.

Durée Initiale du CDD de 4 mois
